Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is Franchising?
A franchise is a legal and commercial
relationship between the owner of a
trademark, service mark, trade name or
advertising symbol and an individual or
group seeking the right to use that
Identification in a business. A franchiser
owns the right to a name or trademark and
sells that right to a franchisee. Business
format franchises often provide a full range
of services, including; site selection,
training, product supply, marketing plans
and financing. Generally, a franchisee sells
goods or services that are supplied by the
franchiser or that meet the franchiser's
quality standards. Becoming a Bomanite
Franchise Partner will allow you to use our
branded logo and trademarked products to
increase your business sales.
-
Why Bomanite?
Ask an architect and they will tell you we
are a “premium” architectural decorative
concrete company. Bomanite Corporation is
the originator of architectural,
cast-in-place decorative concrete and has
been leading the industry for more than 50
years. Today, Bomanite Corporation is more
than stamped concrete and continues to lead
by introducing new and exciting systems as
we did in 2007 with our proprietary Exposed
Aggregate Systems program.
-
What makes a successful
Bomanite Franchise Partner?
Our franchise partners have diverse
backgrounds and experiences, but they all
share many valuable traits: successful
business people experienced in construction,
concrete, coatings, or landscaping. They
also have the entrepreneurial drive and
desire to excel at creating and delivering
unique works of art while leaving a legacy
of excellence in their finished product.
-
How big is the
decorative concrete industry?
Industry sources estimate it to be between
$3-5 billion annually.
-
Does Bomanite provide
me with leads?
Yes. Bomanite Corporation spends a
considerable amount of resources generating
leads and specifications for our franchise
partners.
-
Where is the training
held?
Bomanite has a specialized decorative
concrete training center in the heart of
downtown Denver, Colorado. The Bomanite
Technical Services facility allows for
indoor and outdoor sessions covering all
Bomanite Systems and products.
-
How long is the training?
Depending on whether it’s an introductory or
advanced training and which system; most
sessions last about three full days.
-
What does training
cost?
Nothing. One of the many benefits of being a
franchise partner is that Bomanite
Corporation does not charge for training.
Scheduled sessions are always available to
licensed franchise partners that want to
participate. So whether it’s advanced
training for your experienced employee or an
introductory course for a new hire, the
training is free.
-
What’s included with
the franchise fee?
An extensive sales package to assist you
with starting your new franchise. As
detailed in the
Franchise Package section of this
website, everything you need to successfully
market and begin work as a Bomanite
Franchise Partner and generate sales!
-
Do I have to carry
inventory?
No. Bomanite does not require you to
inventory any materials other than what’s
included in your initial licensing package
so you are able to immediately make samples
for your clients.
-
I already own stamping
tools. Do I have to replace them with
Bomanite tools?
While over time our franchise partners
choose to replace all their tools with ours,
your only requirement is to prosecute
Bomanite specified work with Bomanite
approved materials and tools. While Bomanite
enhances and complements your business
growth, it does not replace it. You may keep
your stamps and tools acquired through your
experience in the industry.
-
How can Bomanite
provide more commercial business for me?
One of the many strengths of Bomanite
Corporation is our ability to market
ourselves as the premium provider of
decorative concrete systems. We aggressively
drive national, regional and local
specifications through the architectural and
design community. This places you at the
initiation of a project well ahead of the
bidding stage. Bomanite encourages and
supports our franchise partners in
developing strong relationships in the local
community with all entities involved in the
specification of architectural concrete
projects.
-
How many franchise
licenses are offered by Bomanite?
Bomanite offers six different franchise

growing decorative market in my area. How
can Bomanite help me reach that market?
